When will I get a response to my question?
We process all requests for translation or interpretation quotes or enquiries within a maximum of two working hours. If your request is more urgent call us!
When will I receive a quote?
If your request is simple, you will receive a free quote within the specified time which will contain a link for the payment of your translation legalisation or interpreting service.
How do I pay?
All information is included in the translation or interpretation quote. You can pay directly by bank card – Visa Mastercard American Express. You can also pay using PayPal.
We also accept French cheques and bank transfers from all countries.
Finally, you can pay in cash at our head office.
The work is carried out to your specifications.
I need a translation in a few hours. What do I do?
You need a professional translation or sworn translation in less than 4 hours or a few hours. We invite you to simply call us directly using the button to the right of the screen.
I have not received a response! What do I do?
We will respond as soon as possible. But have you checked the spam folder in your email? If there is nothing, call us!
